◆ About ALSMUN V

Welcome to the Fifth Conference

ALSMUN — the ElAlsson School Newgiza Model United Nations — is one of Egypt's most anticipated student-led conferences. Now in its fifth edition, ALSMUN V brings together delegates from across Cairo and the region for three intensive days of parliamentary debate, diplomatic negotiation, and resolution drafting across eleven diverse committees — from Junior Committees for first-time middle school delegates, to the Security Council and the International Court of Justice for our most seasoned participants.

ALSMUN is more than a conference — it is a community that has shaped students who have gone on to represent Egypt on international circuits and pursue careers in law and diplomacy. ALSMUN V will be the grandest edition yet, and we cannot wait to welcome you.

"Five editions in, ALSMUN continues to prove that Egypt's young people have the intellect, the empathy, and the ambition to engage the world's hardest problems."
